The provider must maintain required company/transport licences, insurance, vehicle registrations and driver documents, ensure only approved drivers and vehicles operate, and remove ineligible assets or personnel promptly.
The provider is responsible for its provider account, vehicle assignments, driver onboarding and operational permissions and must not bypass FairDrive identity, authorization or financial controls.
Country commission and any approved provider-specific rate are applied through platform configuration. Payouts are currency-specific. Cash commission debt may be recovered before payout where the configured policy requires it.
FairDrive may request updated documents, investigate safety/fraud issues and suspend affected vehicles, drivers or provider accounts. Providers must cooperate with lawful regulator, insurance and safety requirements.
